Open a ticketMost purchases are delivered automatically within a few minutes. If you are offline when you buy, everything is waiting for you the next time you join Mirage. If something takes longer than 30 minutes, relog once before opening a ticket.
Gems are the Mirage store currency. Spend them in the in-game store on vehicles, weapon skins, clothing, bundles and more. Gems can also be transferred to other players in the city.
VIP tiers are monthly memberships. Upgrade or downgrade from the VIP page at any time: upgrades apply right away, downgrades take effect from your next renewal.
Make sure you logged in with the same FiveM account you play on, then relog in the city. Still missing? Open a ticket in our Discord with your Tebex transaction ID (it starts with tbx-).
